A few weeks ago Andrew posted news about UPS using bicycles for deliveries in Oregon. Now there is a companion Vimeo video put together by Paul over at pacific pedalling. One question that is not asked in the video is, how do they keep those packages dry?

Big plastic bags! When the weather turned a little wet, she had bags to cover everything up in.
