The other day one of the plates on my 50/50 pedals fell off somewhere. Never did find it. So I ordered up a new set of plates from CrankBrothers. The plates arrived quickly, but without the promised retainer bolts, which was a total bummer. When the old plate fell off, it took the old bolts with it.

So I quickly fired off a note to their customer service department. A day later, Anka replied and asked for my shipping address. No hassles, no questions, just taking care of business. I love that. CrankBrothers hasn’t disappointed me yet. In addition to the pedals, I’ve got their Multi17 tool, and their PowerPumpPro.
