DMV

I don’t think I have ever uttered a complimentary word concerning the DMV in my life. Working with government offices can certainly be frustrating since they have no competition and you have to pretty much do as they say, when they say, at what ever pace they feel like working.

However I now have one positive thing to say about the DMV. Unfortunately it’s not “my” DMV, it’s the DMV in that hippie state, Oregon. The dude who created the Bikehacks logo, Andrew, was cruising around recently and snapped this photo:

    I love it. We have a similar one in GA. I cant wait till my birthday (renewal time).

    I think I remember a discussion a few months back about a push to get them in CO as well. There was a minimum number needed in the first year to maintain the program.

    You should really blur or otherwise occlude the license “number” — you don’t want to take the blame if some idiot starts harassing whoever owns it.
