Awesome bike hack pulled directly from the bowels of the BikeHacks Flickr group (thanks, Nick@cheaphack)!

Click on the picture to get the full-size version, with annotations from Nick.

Step 1: get some shoes
Step 2: get some old inner tubes
Step 3: sew the tubes to the size of the shoes
Step 4: slip the sewn tubes around the shoes
Step 5: PROFIT!
